Description

School Professionals is an educational staffing service whose purpose is to recruit highly qualified substitute, permanent teachers, administrators, educational consultants, school nurses and administrative/technical school support staff. School Professionals is currently looking for Teachers, Assistant Teachers & Tutors for Pre-K through 12^th Grade. Teachers are needed in the subject areas of Math, Social Studies, English, Science, All Elementary Subjects, Special Education, Foreign Language, Physical Education, Dance/Drama and Music/Art.

Qualifications

Assistant Teachers, Teacher Aides & Tutors

• Seeking Recent Graduates and Current College Students who have:
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) or higher
• 6+ months of experience as a lead teacher, or assistant teacher

OR any of the following:

• A semester of student teaching
• Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s in Education, Birth – 2^nd Grade Program
• 6+ months of experience as an afterschool teacher or assistant teacher, day care, summer camp counselor, Sunday school teacher or similar experience working with children aged 2 – 6 years old

Lead Teachers

• Seeking Recent Graduates, Retired Teachers & Educators who have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 6+ months of experience as a lead teacher, co-teacher or tutor in a Pre-K 12^th grade setting

OR any of the following:

• A semester of student teaching
• Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s in Education Program
• 2 months of classroom experience in conjunction with a semester of classroom observation
