Deadlines

Admissions is based on the semester start date. For full consideration for financial aid we encourage you to submit your application early to ensure you get a seat. 

Before You Apply

Make sure you have reviewed our Tuition & Fees and understand your options for financial aid. If you have any questions about a particular area of study, contact a program advisor to discuss details or arrange a visit.

If you need reasonable accommodations, please reach out to our Office of Student Disability Services.

International Student Applicants

All international applicants are required to demonstrate proficiency in the English language by taking an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Academic exam or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam. The minimum scores are:

  • TOEFL internet-based score of 80 or above. TOEFL paper-based score of 550 or above. TOEFL score report for Touro College Graduate Education is 2902.
  • IELTS test with an overall score of 6 or above.

Our Office of International Student Services can help you with transcript, visa, and immunization requirements and information.

Online Non-Matriculated Students

Online Non-Matric applicants must contact a program advisor before registering for courses.
