Project Manager (Consultant), After School Professional Development Program
The New York City school system is the largest in the country, composed of approximately 1.1 million students and 76,000 teachers in over 1,800 schools. The NYC Department of Education is looking for an experienced project manager to support the After School Professional Development Program (ASPDP). ASPDP is a small but mighty team of six experienced project managers, analysts, and instructional specialists, who lead a program that offers more than 200 professional learning courses over three semesters per year. All courses are designed to meet educators’ professional learning needs, support their progress toward career goals, develop their instructional practices, and lead to improved student learning.
