Admissions Requirements
FALL SEMESTER - AUGUST 1
Application deadline for International Students is two weeks prior to the above date.
We welcome applications from educators and industry professionals interested in the effective use of technology in classrooms.
In addition to earning the MS degree in Instructional Technology, students who already hold New York State certification in education will be eligible for NYS teacher certification in instructional technology upon successful completion of the program.
Academic Requirements

All applicants to the MS program in Instructional Technology should be able to demonstrate the following:
- A baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution. International candidates who hold the equivalent of a U.S. bachelors' degree are encouraged to apply.
- Copy of NYS Certification (Certification Track applicants only)
- A minimum undergraduate and graduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is recommended
- Non-native English speakers may be required to present evidence of fluency in English.
